3206 ne Adams is building an addition but no permit is visible
I don't know that they needed a permit; however, the wheelchair ramp that was installed at 1600 Northeast Monroe does not look safe. it is rather steep and if it's for the 300 lb man that lives there I don't think it's strong enough and it ends at the front step so I don't know what they do when they get to the bottom of the ramp.
Is there a building permit for the addition across from Big Lots on Sterling?

did the historic preservation commission issue a certificate of appropriateness for the basement window replacement at 1639 West Moss. the new vinyl windows are a completely different design. additionally, the front porch replacement with a larger deck looks inappropriate.
