New neighbors moved in. Again, blocking the road, alley with a constant stream of cars of people that don't live there. Blaring music from their cars, total disregard for this block of the dean end part of Corrington. A selling point for living on this block is lack of traffic and QUIET.
Several vehicles continue to park in the road as if there were parking spaces. I have nearly been hit twice driving down this short street because oncoming traffic swerves to miss these vehicles.
I was unable to find the proper reporting procedure through the Health Dept. so I am reporting here in hopes of this complaint getting passed to the proper individuals or if you could provide the proper contact information, I'll forward accordingly. We went to The Other Dawg restaurant for lunch today and no employees, including food handlers, were wearing any type of mask or face covering. I thought this was mandatory for food service. Thank you.
Caller reported dogs barking constantly starting at 6:00 a.m. (when let outside in the morning) for about 1 1/2 hours then again at night continuously barking until 10:30 p.m. when let back inside of the house. Caller reported this has been going on since the occupant moved into the house in March 2020.

Why are there no crossing guards at Spring street when Lincoln K8 kids are walking to and from school?
Last night we were stopped at the intersection of Main and University - when all (4) traffic control lights were red allowing pedestrians to cross all direction. As we were sitting there in the RH lane of traffic, a bicyclist zipped past us on the LH side (between lanes of traffic) and blew right thru the intersection without even stopping. Do the traffic laws allow a bicyclist to suddenly become a pedestrian and ride thru that intersection lawfully - or should they have stopped and ridden thru with the normal flow of traffic? The question/answer is creating great debate among local bicycling community.
Please install 20mph signs on NE Madison,NE Monroe, NE Perry and NE Glendale. We get a lot of cut through traffic to and from downtown whereas a 20mph speed limit would encourage those user to travel on Jefferson and Adams where the speed limit is 35mph
