Whereas vehicles routine travel at ove 50mph with no speed limit enforcement on NE Monroe, is is possible to have a 4-way stop at Wayne & Monroe and also Mary & Monroe in an attempt to slow down the traffic in our neighborhood?
Peoria Police Officer Ryan Winkle did a great job when he was part of the neighborhood watch program, he walked his dog all over the neighborhood and would visit with everyone. Thank you for serving all of us in Peoria, Illinois and our neighborhood Ryan!
Jake Bradford is a Peoria Policeman that is part of our Neighborhood Watch Program and gets in the neighborhood and mingles with everyone. Always there to assist. Thank you Jake for serving the city of Peoria and all of us.
Police Officer Adrian Aguilar has done an Excellent job while serving as the Neighborhood Police Officer in the Neighborhood Watch Program for the City of Peoria, Illinois! He would walk his dog throughout the neighborhood and visit with everyone and always supportive and nice to speak to and there if you needed him.
8:15 AM...car parked in front of my house, music blaring. Asked to turn down a couple of times, turned the music up and started dancing in the car. NO RESPECT for anyone on the block. This is a nuisance house.
I work at OSF Home Medical Equipment location between Chinatown restaurant and The Baby Shoppe. We have handicapped patients that visit our office M-F 8AM-5PM. We have two handicapped parking spots located directly in from of our office that are repeatedly occupied by unauthorized vehicles with no handicapped identification on the vehicle. This happens several times a day and our handicapped patients are forced to park further away from our office. I have called Peoria Police before to no avail when unapproved vehicles park in the handicapped spots. For the sake of our handicapped patients it would be great if the area in from of our office could be patrolled and violations enforced. Thank you
New neighbors moved in. Again, blocking the road, alley with a constant stream of cars of people that don't live there. Blaring music from their cars, total disregard for this block of the dean end part of Corrington. A selling point for living on this block is lack of traffic and QUIET.
Several vehicles continue to park in the road as if there were parking spaces. I have nearly been hit twice driving down this short street because oncoming traffic swerves to miss these vehicles.
Vehicles park in handicapped parking spots several times a day with no visible handicapped placards. Our handicapped patients need to use these spots. Location is in front of OSF Home Medical Equipment office. Located between Baby Shoppe and Chinatown restaurant.
Car continue to park in handicap parking spots in front of OSF and Baby Shoppe all day long, not allowed people who need those spots to park there. We have called the police numerous times and nothing is ever done about it.
