SR#54357 sidewalk on Abington street hill is impassable due to overgrown weeds and a downed tree.
I'm not sure if this is the right place to request, but there needs to be more patrolling near the schools. Today I watched someone passing in the turn lane. Every day people are going westbound in the construction area. Cars are going extremely fast. The speeding is going to be horrible once road is opened. I really wish the city could add permanent stop signs at Imperial, or more speed humps.

Why are there no crossing guards at Spring street when Lincoln K8 kids are walking to and from school?
Reported stated there are several young men (10-15) hanging on the corner; sitting on the corner; in front of the property and loitering in the street where it is difficult for traffic to drive down the street or get by the cars. There is a lot of liter thrown on the ground across the street where cars are parked in the street and young men are hanging out - most wearing white T-Shirts. This has been going on for the past 4-5 days now and with each day it appears that the group is getting larger. They start gathering in the afternoon and are there late at night.
