2 large potholes on entrance and exit lanes in the Chadwick Place neighborhood.
Huge area/pothole in front of club car wash in the northbound side of road.
Huge potholes. Large enough for a car tire to go in to. Multiple holes.
Between Sterling ave & University the streets are so buckled has caused damage to my vehicle!
There is a HUGE pothole right in the middle of the lane at this intersection. Thank you.

Pot hole at the intersection of Western Ave. and Rohmann Ave. North edge of Rohmann and west edge of Western. Not sure if it’s a Peoria or W. Peoria responsibility.
Its a hole in the street that been there over 6 months. No one came to repaired.
