In rear of home has trash spewed out onto the ground from trash totes. Trash day is Tuesday. Home is occupied.
Four Seasons mini mart. This businesses' dumpster is overflowing all over the corner of Bronz and University. Trash spreading down the street.
Not using trash bags and when the trash is emptied trash is spilled and there is currently a lot of trash/garbage accumulated. Cans are never removed from the alley to the house.
Trash/garbage, metal rods, tote bin lids, tomato cages sitting on front lawn since last week.
Stuff piled on porch (bags of clothing). Saw rats and roaches.
Dumpster is overfull and blowing out. Trash is blowing into neighboring yards.
Regularly overloads trash receptacles. They have currently spilled all over the alley and the trash is blowing all over the neighbors properties and up and down the alley. Has been this way for at least a week.
