1514 North East Monroe has installed a new gravel driveway
Neighbors are concerned that an addition is being added on the building as of now without a building permit obtained by the City.
All Work noted on Real Estate listing for this rental and non owner occupied property was done without permits: Attic was renovated to create a Bedroom - 29x13. House now advertised as 1,272 sq ft. , hot water heater, electric furnace with heat pump, AC, wiring, electrical panel. I question how safe the electric heat and the electrical are without proper permits.

the illegal solid, wood fence installed in the front yard at 703 Wayne was reported in November, 2016 and has not yet been removed. It was installed in 1 day: how long do they have to remove it??
