Tenants saying landlord died and they've had no one to pay rent to. No repairs made for months. Broken windows throughout home--possibly shot out. Potentially no heat or electric. This was reported by a case worker who is requesting to be the point of contact with Code for this address.
Trash/litter caught in their fence line all around the house.
Garbage thrown about all over back yard. Have had overflowing totes in backyard for months. Most visible from alley that runs behind the house.

Bars over the windows. Can't be opened. This was done because the windows won't open or lock. The residence is currently vacant. Caller states this is a fire hazard.
The Tow Dolly trailer is now parked on the south end of the house, which is the same place it was when I reported it last week. This individual needs to receive a fine for continuing to move this trailer around.
Lots of trash in the wooded area behind PNC.
