The tenant doors are not secure as various sized rodents can enter the apartments under the doors. Many tenants have complained about rodent (mice) problems to the point of not being able to leave any perishable foods out without consequences. It is questionable whether or not tenants are experiencing medical challenges as a result of the rodent infestation. A tenant has reported catching multiple mice since the weather has become cold. This tenant has reported catching more than 8-10 mice each winter as they seem to have taken over the apartment. Other tenants have reported similar experiences in this building. This problem has been reported and it still remains a pressing concern and issue for many people and loved ones involved. This has been an issue for more than 5 years. The tenant is afraid to be acknowledged due to fear of being kicked out and end up homeless. This is a disgrace that anyone has to put up with the toxicity of mice droppings for fear of being homeless.
