For Rent sign out, but I did not find them in the registry.

Rental and its not registered
Unoccupied home. Contents were emptied out on the lawn & left out. No usage of refuse containers!! People sifting through leaving smaller pieces of garbage laying around. Uncertain if rental unit. Please address this soon!
4 units being rented and none are registered. Please enforce for credibility of the landlord registration program.
Is this house registered with rental registration? I see a person living in the house is indicted for drug activity. The owner supposedly rents the house to a woman that works for her. Please look into this. Thank you
1817 w clarewood ave is a rental house that is not registered with the city unless this has been investigated within the past week or so. It was advertised for $700/month and that tenant has been there at least 3 months. There are always several cars parked in the driveway and in front of the house. There is a lot of traffic at night. Sometimes 9 cars line the street in the late evenings.
Two unrelated issues: in Robinson Park one of the nice trails that is mowed and level and easy to walk on for seniors is blocked by a fallen tree. Are there plans to clear this soon? It has been there for several weeks. Also, is there any possibility that Timber Ridge could be made a snow route? Many times it is not plowed and becomes very difficult to travel on. There are more and more people who live in the area now and use this road and so it is more important to have it cleared in a timely fashion. Thank you in advance for your attention to these matters.
