Horrible overgrowth on front of property and side of house
Home appears to be in great disrepair out the outside, tall weeds, needs mowing, back yard needs to be clean up of debris. Young men hang outside of the house, on the porch and sitting in yard. They are associated and hangout with other young men sitting on corner of Humboldt & Griswold.
Weeds along back alley side of house are already 4 feet tall. It’s about a 20 foot stretch of weeds. Every year they get out of control and cause a major bug infestation and block the view from alley to street
Owner has mowed one time.
Overgrown grass. Owner has mowed one time this season.

Overgrown vines covering house siding, gutters, windows, and doors. Potential fire hazard for residents.
Far back yard tall grass uncut since last year 2017. I spoke to an inspector named Dave about this last year he verified this was their property!
