1202 ne madison has gang graffiti on garage along alley

Illegal motion on led sign at interstate battery

Dairy Queen has led sign that transitions illegally.
Installing a new sign and i dont think they have permits for it.
1504 ne monroe has an illegal sign/display/memorial on city right of way for over 1 year.
This electronic sign is extremely bright at night, and poses a public safety issue because it blinds drivers. It is especially bad given the relative surrounding darkness of the street.
Billboard was required to plant evergreens and put up a fence for the transitional buffer yard. Fence is in disrepair along Knoxville and interstate ramp and many evergreen trees have died.
Strong law office on Knoxville has a led sign that switches messages sooner than 10 sec. 2nd time I've contacted the city
