house falling parts loose roofing and fence falling over its across from my property and disrupts my business
Apt 1B - There's a leak on the outside foyer of the apartment and also in the bathroom.
They have a bad water leak that is coming from the side yard of property. The leak has been inspected by IL American Water. They determined that this leak is the property owner's responsibility. Neighbors are concerned because it has created a large four foot deep how that is full of water. A kid could get hurt. The water is also creating a stream down the street which will create erosion. Please inspect.
Vacant - doors left wide open at property. Please inspect.
Privacy fence has been laying in disrepair for some time now

Dilapidated empty unoccupied house. Go look at the back roof. It is sinking in. It has a huge 5x5 or more HOLE in the roof . Dangerous and unsightly . This house needs condemned!!
Neighbor suggests that this property is an illegal duplex. She said that they are trying to cut the rooms down smaller to make more units. Please inspect.
Home in my neighborhood at 720 W Moss has soffit on second story fallen onto porch roof. An elderly occupant resides there and this could create a hazard if if falls from the roof.
No gutters on property leaving a lake of water on the side of the house. Window blew out from the bad storm on 7/15. Tenant has used towels to keep the debris and weather elements out of the interior. Landlord refuses to fix issues. Please inspect.
