The new owners of this house dumped a bunch of furniture out in the front yard and open garbage behind the house in the alley. CASE #34399 says a work order was placed but nothing has been done and the property looks worse.
SR#64494 the city of peoria owned pocket park at 700 Spring street has a 5 gallon bucket in the park which whoever mows has mowed around for 6 months. I dont know if there is a fetus or whatever is in the bucket but I dont know why the public works employees or contractors have not removed this bucket.
The owners threw out a lot of furniture out onto the front curb. Theres also a really big mess of open trash, LCD tv, cooler and other junk. The house has a sold sign in the front so this might be stuff the last people left. I just hope someone cleans it up.
Renter are dumping open trash behind their garage and its rat city. Would someone please contact the maintenance company and have someone clean up the mess that includes hypodermic needles.
Caller reported on the side of St. Marks School someone dumped a tire in the alley in the back of the school. Need to be moved.
Caller reported someone dumped tree limbs in the alley between W. Hanssler Place and W. Wilcox Avenue
4224 N Prospect house is ejecting water that is pooling on 4228 N Prospect house. This is the 2nd complaint about this problem. The water should be ejected on the right side of the 4224 N Prospect house.
Caller reported that a television set has been left sitting outside for over a month, Need to be moved.
Caller reported there is a couch sitting outside for over a month and need to be removed.
