Hi, I recently moved into this home and right next to my home there is a big vacant land which has grown alot of tall weeds roughly about 5 feet plus, also noticed people are throwing trash into it and lately I have noticed alot movement of rodents and many pest which is effecting the environment of our house significantly and also the surrounding neighborhood. I would highly recommend to set up sometime to inspect the area and develop some plan to clean the area so this issue can handled properly. Awaiting you response Best Regards, Faiz Khan

The property at 1210 W. Hanssler Place in Peoria, owned by Roert L. Simpson, at 17616 N. Oak Lawn Ave. Chillicothe, IL 61523 is not registered as a non-owner occupied property. The tenant doesn't know the house is in foreclosure and he will be homeless, the roof needs work, and the basement floods and can be moldy.
Is this house a registered AirBnB? There's diferent people staying at this house every week. They party on the front porch and leave a huge mess when they leave the next day. Then someone totally different in a different vehicle is there. What's going on with this maintenance company?
Property management company has turned this into a weekend party house. House sits empty all week and then on the weekend a bunch of random people show up, cockout, drink, smoke pot on the front porch and then leave a big mess and make a lot of noise.
as of 8/2 the yard and drive way over growth has gotten completely out of control and is quickly becoming an eyesore for what is a beautiful block of the west bluff.
2040 Hudson. .....over grown fence line over grown yard and bushes...trees growing out from foundation ....garbage and broken glass....open garage with debris.....unsecured tampoline.... trash can in front yard... house is trashed by looking at windows
