street light flickers on and off, not sure of pole type located at 911 W. Purtcher Drive.
Sterling and Forrest Hill when traveling westbound on Forrest Hill, the light doesn not change when the flashing yellow arrow ends. Sat through two and a half red lights waiting for the green light to cross Sterling Ave.
Street light across the street is out. Previously submitted a request and it was closed! Don’t believe it was addressed!
Street lights are out on the 30MPH downhill curve of orange prairie rd at approx 6515 N Orange Prairie.
Large overhead light in alley behind garage at 1820 W. Moss Ave. is out. Metal disc number on wooden pole is #3058624. Alley runs off end of W. High Street and circles up to run behind homes in 1800 block of West Moss Ave., coming out on Western hill. Bulb is rose-colored on long arm atop wooden pole.
The street light is out at the intersection. It's very dark and there is regular pedestrian traffic until the early hours of the morning. Thank you in advance for the repair.
