SR#46783 Street light in front of 1027 n maplewood needs replaced. A properly hued one would be nice too.
SR#45860 East Armstrong Road which is south of Pennsylvania Ave in the OSF campus. Small road from Easter Seals to JUMP has several lights out. OSF security told me that it is a city road and OSF is not responsible of fixing those lights. Staff leave the Heartland bldg and cross this road to the parking lot after work to get to their cars which Armstrong is very dark since the lights are out.
SR#44743 Street Light out. Filed a report on November 5th and it was closed. It’s After 9pm and other lights have been on for 4+ hours. Please look into.
SR#44419 LED fixture (over Main Street) flickers when on.
SR#44420 Street light sometimes turns on, sometimes flickers awhile then turns on, and sometimes it doesn’t turn on all night. Picture shows it is off, but now it is flickering. Other lights on street have been on for nearly an hour.
