O'brien steet seems to have claimed ownership of city property including the railroad tracks and right of way for the Central Illinois Railway between Caroline and Adams street. Can they be required to pay property tax for this land or remove their barricades? SR#030884 entered 10/05/17 RB

Tree covers speed limit & branch almost into street ???? tree located on east side of koerner rd, just south of weaver picket fence. Thanks so much Sent to Peoria County Highway. The location lies within County jurisdiction.
There is a vacant lot on the corner of Kinsey & Wisconsin (parker hill subdivision). Overgrowth from the vacant lot is obstructing the alley (this is a city owned property), causing difficulty to drive), large tree limbs have obstructed garage). Resident first spoke with Joanne in code (on June 8) and Joanne referred caller to Joe. Resident spoke with Joe Dulin two weeks ago over the phone and he said it would be taken care of, but growth wasn't addressed. Resident then spoke with Janet Jackson in code last week. Ms. Jackson said she would put in a work order at that time. Due to the inclement weather, the growth is now incredibly overgrown.
