It looks like a new fire hydrant, but the job doesn't look quite finished.
There is a trashcan smoking/on fire the corner of Knoxville and McClure at Walgreens
Burning yard waste on left side of driveway.
I am concerned my neighbor is openly burning with a fire pit in their back yard. It is very close to the buildings, and smoke has come throughout my entire apartment. I fear this is a personal health issue, as well as a city fire hazard.
Fireworks. People have to work in the morning.
