Resident complaining there is no door handle on inside of NE door of apartment complex so if there was a fire, residents would not be able to use that exit to get to safety.
Apartment complex refuses to fix MANY fire hazards around the complex. It has been brought to their attention numerous times. Property manager claims reports are harassment and does nothing.

1500 candletree door closers broken. doors should be closed when not in use
Door closers at every single building in The Grove are broken and maintenance/the office refuse to fix them. signs are painted on doors saying to keep them closed per your orders,but few actually can. i live in 1425 candlelight. every building has at least one. heres my building at the busing next to it (see pictures). keeping them open is a fire hazard.
Resident at this home is collecting railroad ties and other potentially toxic wood and consistently burns all night long. Be aware, caller states that the resident has become aggressive when the Fire Department has approached in the past regarding this same issue.
Citizen talked to the Fire Department and said they needed a ticket in PC to address this issue. People living in camper in driveway for over 3 months. They have electricity running to it and the neighbors do not believe this is legal.
The owner of this house passed away months ago so it is sitting unoccupied (still owned by family but not cared for). There are multiple limbs hanging and pulling down one of the main power lines to the house. It will likely snap completely if they fall any further.
I’ve lived on this street for 3 years and I’ve asked my neighbors if they have seen anyone test the hydrant. After a fire near by I’m more concerned. Please send someone to flush and test this neighborhoods hydrants
