I have included the latitiude and longitude, which is the way this app was designed, for the location of this road damage, twice, using the map function in the app for denoting location. THE STREET ADDRESS IS 5416 W. TEAL WOOD CT.There are numerous large areas of destroyed asphalt that need to be repaired. If you don't know what latitude and longitude are A: you shouldn't have this job, and B: please revisit THIRD GRADE. If you don't put the fix request in for this after me requesting it a THIRD TIME, I'm going to find who is F'ing around at their job and start calling city administrators.
