Tree that's overgrown on the corner, blocking the stop sign.
Resident of downtown called to complain about the unmanaged plants in the planters and down the center median on Washington Street from Liberty to Walnut. Caller has complained before, but no weeding has been done and she states that the excessive rain has contributed to ugly and unmanageable plants.
