507 Cornhill installed a gravel parking lot over half of their back yard. Please have Code Enforcement require the removal of this and notify Public Works to increase storm run off fees for this additional square footage in the meantime.
The approach to the driveway is two feet wide instead of 6 feet wide from the property line. This was done without a permit.

Unified Development Code 8.1.5.B.3 prohibits parking spaces in required front yard: why were the owners of 217 E Lake allowed to pave parking area in their front yard? Please require the removal of this parking lot.
1421 W Columbia Terrace. No builders permit is being displayed. Looks like the inside of the house has been gutted. Extensive remodeling is in process.
