The trash cans have again been in the street for 2 weeks. There is trash all over the yard and driveway. The back yard has not been mowed and there were mattresses, etc laying in the back yard. I’m tired of 1014 keeping our neighborhood trashed. I’m constantly picking up trash that goes all over because of these people.

Non-owner occupied. It has been a rental for several years. Unoccupied for about a year now. Yard is overgrown. Siding is in disrepair. Garage roof has a hole. Animals living in the soffits.

Vagrants and junk on the lot next to war memorial. They are camping out.
Ameren just removed the meter from this house. It has not been occupied in well over a year.
House been vacant for over 3 years. Grass not been mowed all year. Rats, mice, bugs crawling out of house and yard. People in house all hours of the night. Someone always usingvhouse for something. Foundation collapsed. Talked to city code numerous times. Nothing being done. Don’t feel safe in my own home. Have wife and kids. Needs to be tore down!!!!! Not safe for human habitation! Hasn’t had windows for two years. Open to elements.
This house has been vacant for years. It is a dump and is in complete disrepair. The landlord does not take care of the property. Tthere is suspicious activity happening in that property all the time. The house just needs to be torn down. We have reported on this house MANY times and it’s been vacant and not occupied for YEARS

This house is owned, but nobody is living there. There are several problems that as one of the neighbors I am having to deal with. One problem is that I think because if factors such as the garage door is always halfway up and garbage cans and lack of lawn care - there are always several stray cats that fight over the territory. Today it looked like one cat was being hurt, and it was making loud awful sounds. I ran out to scare them off. I have tried to get someone to call Paws to help more than once, but nobody answers. I cannot call around for help because I have damaged speech after oral cancer. There is a piece of siding that was smashing against the house in the wind recently making loud sounds over and over until it broke lose" and now it us on the roof of the house. I am concerned it could fall off in the wind and hurt someone or something. There are several garbage cans that end up on the ground rolling around. Half the time they roll around on the side of my house. At one point the city came. They must have contacted the people, but all they did was put the garbage bins upright. They are already all over the side of my house again. Last year, I contacted you guys about this house because there weeds and grass was really tall, and I was getting an abnormal amount of bugs because of it. Something needs to be done because this had been constant problems for almost two years. This was a problem before they ever moved. These are not people that take care of their property.
