Per a citizen complaint, light out. Picture of pole tag.
Light cover is starting to fall off and is going to hit a car. The tree needs to be trimmed that keeps knocking the cover off.
Plastic cover was knocked down by a recent storm leaving the light bulb exposed. It's on the pole at the corner of Leroy Ave, and el vista.
Street light in front of 4124 N Hollyridge Cir is out. The light to the south of it is also out.
Street light was repaired (thank you!) recently, and is out again.
Street light at corner works occasionally. Light is not burnt out as it does turn on some nights.
Street light at the intersection of Wilhelm Rd & Rhonda Way is out, and has been for several weeks. Two weeks ago I reported this by phone to the Peoria street department, and nothing has been done.
