Apt 303 - I had put in a request with the apartment complex for somebody to come look at my ceiling. I’m on the top floor and our ceilings starting to bubble up and I’m pretty sure it’s from water damage. No body has responded from their maintenance. Please look into this.
Very trashy house and business . The neighbors report they are loud and don’t clean their yard. Next door to the Tire shop that has a truck full of old tires that creep into the neighborhood!
There is a pile of items on the sidewalk waiting to be picked up. Trash pickup is not until Friday.
There is a yard waste bag on the sidewalk, the scheduled pickup is not until Friday.

Every day or every other day I pick up a sack full of garbage that has blown over from the Marathon gas station located at 3712 N University St Peoria, IL 61614 into my yard, the neighbors across the streets yard or the green space around the gas station that is supposed to be a buffer for our neighborhood. Obviously the owner isn’t doing enough, and has old unused pallets and concrete blocks tossed in various places. Interestingly part of what I routinely pick up are empty 3 inch alcohol bottles or broken glass bottles, the 5 inch size. The closest place in theory you can buy alcohol is HyVee on Sheridan. I suspect some under the counter alcohol sales may be happening at this business. This business is an eyesore to our neighborhood. Between fences that are dangerously close to falling and the constant flow of garbage, I thought I’d ask if “Peoria Cares” really does care.
Apt 4204 is requesting that rat bait is put in the exterior. There are several rats coming into my home. I live in City Scape apts. I contacted the office and PHA and was informed that this issue is not a priority. I have a son who has severe allergies, so it is a priority. Please send someone to my home to get this resolved. I am desperate and in need of alternative answers and solutions to this problem.
Currently at the end of the Great Oak Ct. there is a blue truck broken down for several years. End of culdesac used as storage for unused cars. Broken down fences, ect. - CD - Look at broken down fencing issues. Thanks
