Heavy presence of raccoons recently, roaming the neighborhood, growling at other animals and returning back to 2702 which is a vacant property.
A dead raccoon has laid in middle of N Knoxville Ave for a week. Near entrance of Clara Ave and Park Edge Condos. Thanks!

They have a really bad roach problem. Neighbors are getting them and they are throwing furniture outside and leaving it in their yard. I have never had this issue until they started cleaning out their house and now since they are leaving stuff in their back yard they are crawling over tot he neighbors houses which is uncalled for. The house is so bad that it needs condemned between the rats, roaches and raccoons in that house. Every since the owner died last year this has been an issue and just random people living in there.
Ugh ugh ugh Nick! 1111 N Farmington Rd. Peoria Pest came about 2 weeks ago. I have more burrows, 2 dead baby rats. 1115 N Farmington Rd gave me permission to have his property looked at. He thinks at least 1 tunnel. However, the other neighbor won’t give permission, but I saw a tunnel, but not an expert. They cook with grease in garage. That owner didn’t seem concerned or educated on rat control, but I’m definitely concerned! Please send them again to bait. He didn’t call like he was supposed to, I happened to be home. He missed a lot of tunnels. Not as good as Dave, this guy new. 309 264 2470. Help a girl out. Thank you.
Rats seen in back yard of neighbor!! Came under our fence then went back west to neighbors yard!!
Huge swarming bees best in large pine tree over hanging public side walk. Property is vacant so there is no tenant to take care of removal.
