Didn't get the pictures loaded on the previous report. My nextdoor neighbor never mows his side yard that is next to mine and also never mows his back yard! He rarely mows his front yard.
Excessive growth of weeds on empty lots all along Water Oak Dr and Ironwood Dr in Sommer Place neighborhood. Areas of left over building material piled up creating dangerous conditions for curious young children playing through the neighborhood. I had this same issue about 2-3 years ago. I have more pictures but could only load one.
Caller states that this property is not being unkept. It has a damaged roof that is effecting the next door neighbor.... Caller also states that the grass needs to be cut and is hindering the sell of her property.
Overgrowth in front and back yard.
Huge tree limbs on the house, bushes overgrown, huge limbs in the yard, weeds grown above fence, dog waste not picked up
Tall grass and trash every on the property
