excessive weeds and growth around front of property
7507 Miramar. Thus resudence is vacant as tge owner passed away over a year ago. The yard , espevially the backyard, is overgrown. Weeds are everywhere. Someone reposted seeing rats on the property. It is an eyesore.
7510 Oxford, Peoria There is excessive vegetation growing on the sidewalk. Yard overgrown.
5013 North Renwood Avenue. Noone owns property. Grass hasnt been upkept since May. Plants and all sorts of things growing. grass is easily close to 2ft and more in some places.
This guy has lived here about 3 months and although he mows well out front where enforcement can see, he mows half ass in backyard. There are weeds around house and garage that are 4-5' tall. All behind the garage is very tall over growth and along fence is getting tall. This is resulting in us seeing more rodents and bugs. He is quite capable of maintaining his property. Can something be done about this...please?
