previous tenants at 1804 NE Monroe built a deck in the front yard, up to the front sidewalk. I assume they never obtained a permit for this; regardless, the current tenants do not use, nor maintain this structure. Can they be required to remove this eyesore?
Turned their garage into a room. No visible permit posted. Also built a plywood shed and it is structurally supported by pvc pipping. Possibly over 10 feet tall.
