previous tenants at 1804 NE Monroe built a deck in the front yard, up to the front sidewalk. I assume they never obtained a permit for this; regardless, the current tenants do not use, nor maintain this structure. Can they be required to remove this eyesore?
Turned their garage into a room. No visible permit posted. Also built a plywood shed and it is structurally supported by pvc pipping. Possibly over 10 feet tall.

507 Cornhill installed a gravel parking lot over half of their back yard. Please have Code Enforcement require the removal of this and notify Public Works to increase storm run off fees for this additional square footage in the meantime.
The approach to the driveway is two feet wide instead of 6 feet wide from the property line. This was done without a permit.
