was a Certificate of Appropriateness issued or necessary for the work being performed at 1634 W Moss. Several trees have been cut down and there seems to be plans for paving stones or a retaining walls: several piles of flagstones
plywood has been on building for years without a mothball permit at 411 Spring St.
an illegal, solid wood fence at 703 Wayne was installed last fall and reported to Peoria Cares last November.
Just curious if the work being performed at 2100 N Prospect is up to code. They paved a new parking lot but it is about 4" higher than it was which made the lack of a real sidewalk even more of a problem.

it appears that an attic is being used as a bedroom at 1522 ne madison. the windows do not appear to be large enough to allow escape for these 6-8 kids in case of fire.
