House in total disrepair. Siding falling off. Soffits falling off. Windows missing and open to elements and animals. Yard NEVER mowed. I have reported this house many times AND NOTHING IS EVER DONE!!

owners of 1806 Northeast Monroe (516 Hayward?) have started constructing a fence all the way to the sidewalk. I thought the city could let him know the regulations before he puts any more time into it about the height etc and setback
Fence and garage is falling apart.
Shingles are falling off the roof. Mold growing on exterior of house. Eyesore.
Caller reported the ceiling of the balcony on the outside of the home is falling in and the steps are rotten. Caller is concerned someone will get hurt if not repaired.
There is a fence that is broken in several places around this property. The dog keeps running out of the fence and is constantly loose. Fence in front and behind garage is broken out. Also there is a house in the back owned by the same people that is using a wooden table to replace part of a fallen down fence.
