I have been trying to get contact information for the landlord next door so I can talk to him/her about the dead tree in their yard. It hangs over my yard significantly and often drops large limbs. I’d like to discuss having it trimmed or even taken down but can’t seem to get their contact info.
please re-visit case #23544. it's been over 5 weeks and nothing other than mowing the grass has been done with this problem property so now it's even worse.

Roof shingles need replaced badly. Gutters are full, overflowing, drooping, have weeds growing out of them or are missing all together. Some of the down spouts are missing like the NE corner. Chimney top blew off months ago & smashed a roof vent on the way down. Bushes in front of 4103 are completely overgrown. Overgrown weeds, grass, bushes, trees everywhere. A tree is growing INTO the shed in the back yard. Weeds growing from sidewalk, curbs & front steps up from sidewalk. Lots of peeling/poor paint on exterior. The exterior & yard of this property have not been maintained in a long time.
Roof shingles completely worn out. Gutters full & overflowing & have weeds growing out of them & missing down spouts possibly flooding the basement. Siding coming off back corner of garage. 2 dying trees in front yard. Steps off of back deck falling off. Fence in disrepair. Over grown weeds/trees everywhere. Alley side of fence is not ever maintained/mowed. Weeds growing in the curb, street, sidewalk & driveway. Entry doors do not lock. Grass is very poorly maintained, mowed maybe once a month, inviting rodents & insects.
1905 N. Peoria is not registered as a non-owner occupied rental property. It should be. Sorry if this is a duplicate report.
House has been vacant for over 1 year. Yard is out of control. Tree limbs down and house not maintained.
It appears someone is residing in the garage on this property. The landlord/owner is unknown and inattentive to the worsening condition of the property.
1905 N Peoria is split into two units. It is not registered as a rental property with the city or with the county.
I don’t believe this home is occupied and there is trash and discarded household items in the backyard as well as trash along the right side of the driveway which butts up to my home. The grass is getting high in the back and attracting snakes. Two came into my backyard from that property today.
