Sidewalk is crumbling, very serious tripping hazards for pedestrians

Parking on unpaved surface in backyard. Illegal aggregate used on make shift drive wau in the backyard.
There are no sidewalks along Big Hollow Road. A lot of people walk along this street. Yesterday I saw a lady pushing (what appeared to be) her husband in a wheelchair down the center of the street.
The curb is completely gone on the south side of the 700 block of W Melbourne Ave from Sheridan Rd west to the alley.
