3214 SW Jefferson Ave Tenant is not living in the property. He has turned the property into a showroom floor, selling appliances. Inside of garage and house full of appliances.
Not sure if the City can help me or not. This is a rental house that is currently for sale. Their sump pump is currently not being drained correctly and has flooded my yard the last few rains. I have already asked the tenant to call the landlord and when I got no response I called the realtor but it still hasn’t been fixed.
Concerns over a dead tree that has been dead for years. Strong winds or rain could possibly bring it down on either house, vehicles, or pedestrians. Please consider this issue when you have time and use available resources to resolve it. Thank you and you guys are doing a great job!
