Something needs to be done about the overgrowth of weeds in the alley. You can't even pull out of alley safely. You can't see kids in alley when you pull in. Someone is going to get hurt because weeds are over 10 feet tall up and down alley Is city responsible? SR#028974 created 07/17/17
1700 ne monroe has grass/weeds over 10 inches, including weed trees in fence line.
