Picture of uncut grass at 2017 w. Richwoods blvd.
Grass at vacant property has not been cut this year. Address may be 2017 w. Richwoods blvd. Peoria 61604.
1310 NE Madison. Grass over two feet tall at this abandoned property.
1827 NE Madison. Extremely tall (4') grass/weeds.
House @ 3024 Antoinette hasn't mowed the grass at all this year. Occupied by 2 young adults and one baby. The high grass/weeds, the trash, and the state of the property needs to be looked at by the city.
I asked the Briardale Homeowners Association who takes care of lot to the right as you drive into Briardale and they said it is not owned by the Association and someone else owns it and takes care of the grass on lot, as well as in and around the sign. Grass has not been touched yet and has excessive growth. I have mowed my lot as close to the back of the sign area as the previous owner said and that is all I needed to do and someone else will cut the grass inside the sign area and in the front. Thank You
