This home continues to burn scrap wood in their back yard where the smoke fills my home through my open windows. If they are burning legally I guess there is nothing I can do but it doesn't seem right that I have to close my house up to keep the smoke out?

There is a trashcan smoking/on fire the corner of Knoxville and McClure at Walgreens
Somebody keeps setting off loud fire works. Been going on and off for a couple of hours.
