Overgrown lawn. Overgrown weeds everywhere too
Home at this address has excessive overgrowth in front and back yard, garbage in front and overgrown bushes.
1605 ne madison is an eyesore with tall grass and excessive litter. again!
6` weeds in front and sides of house and many more in the back.
House is empty, huge limbs down in front yard, grass is 18 inches high in backyard. I met with city inspector on site on August 26. He informed me that a contractor who works for the city would clean up the limbs and mow yard by middle of the next week. Nothing done that week or last week. Would appreciate seeing work done soon. Thanks
The Evergreen Square shopping center at the NW corner of Sheridan & Lake hasn't done any lawn mowing all season. It looks terrible with big weeds sprouting from the tall grass. If it transferred to new ownership at the start of the year, the new owners must not know there is some regular maintenance needed. Nice to see some work happening to the old Kmart there (new roof?), but the rest of the center is pretty shabby. Especially the mass of trucks parked there - a few tree trimming trucks in the evening might be ok, but lotsa semis seems a bit much. I see this stuff up close because I live in the Knolls, and walk to Kroger regularly (along Sheridan Rd where much of the traffic goes 60 mph in the 35 mph zone). Hope you can get their attention. 508 Caroline grass is over 10" tall everywhere
