You’ve been at this property in the past for the same issue. It worse now. Seems they run a business out of this location and debris and other stuff is all over. Your officer will immediately see how unsightly this is. I truly hate reporting this but it’s so upsetting to see such a mess and no effort to clean it up.

My first inquiry regards when (Late Season) Off-Road Construction along the W. Nebraska and Lehman Road area will end. Several within my neighborhood use CityLink mass transit. However, the aforementioned construction hinders vehicular passage and forced the buses to temporarily relocate the Nebraska & Pierson bus stop. Which is much farther away onto the already dangerous Sterling & Nebraska intersection plagued with flashing traffic lights.

Trash overflow is not only a frequent property reoccurrence upon the premises but akin to a neighborhood biohazard d from contaminated litter debris strewn and wind blown drifting beyond the premises. "my name is karl baksai im the owner of my business illinois central appliances there is a homeless lady squatting in the back of my business behind the neighbors house harassing my customers always asking for cigarettes or food she has garbage and her bags laying everywhere and always harassing my wife everyday when she pulls in back to pick our kids up after from getting the older kids from high school can somebody ask her to leave ive asked her multiple times to stop and to pick her mess up and shes causing alot of problems w my customers w my business can someone please come and remove or ask her to go some where eles please thank you"
