Alley way - 3017 W. Starr Street have TIRES near alley in their backyard and been there for some time.
I've lived in my home for over 20 years. At 3008 N Victoria Avenue the owner needs to do a better job keeping yard clean and garbage cans on side of garage. He currently has cardboard garbage in front if his garage door that's been there weeks
Large pile of furniture and trash at curb in front of property. Has been there since last week. Trash day is Tuesday but caller knows that PDC will not take it.
Vacant lot in 3700 block of Brandywine (for sale by Jim Maloof Realtor) has mattress/box spring disposed of on property.
Two television sets left in alley for last few weeks.
Backyard has excessive amounts of pet waste. Can't see from front, but can be seen (and smelled) from alley.
