The Grove Apartments. This whole building has immense water damage, soft walls throughout whole building, carpets completely molded and black mold throughout building.
Potholes in both the 200 and 300 blocks of E. McClure Ave.
Heat went out late Saturday night. Landlord stated on Sunday that she'd have something done for repair. Landlord isn't answering phone today, 01/16 @ 9:25am
Left furniture and a tv in front yard against steps
Parking on the grass near the rear. When they come/go it leaves mud over the sidewalks and the street.
Volunteer reporting property on behalf of tenant who does not have phone. Pipe burst in basement last summer and the water damage from it was never repaired. Electrical seems to be fault as she cannot plug in more than one item without blowing a fuse.
Trash bins been in front yard for 3 days. Also has a box of trash in her yard by the curb. Trash pick up for this home is through the alley, not the front.
