The Grove Apartments. Excessive garbage, liquor bottles, beer cans/bottles are all along candletree. This garbage emanates from the Grove Apartments. I own commercial property across from this apartment complex. We have never had a problem with garbage. The last 3 years this apartment complex has had undesirable elements living there. They throw garbage onto my property and others next to mine. Please see that this garbage problem is taken care of. I had to send someone out to clean up our side of the street!!! I should not have to do this. I expect someone at the cityto look into this issue and resolve it.
There is a basketball hoop in the street. When the kids are playing they will not get out of the way for traffic to drive by. They continue playing as you drive by and I have seen cars hit by the basketball including my own.
Trash and debris in the yard between this house and neighbor's yard. Including a mattress and a toilet in the yard
Address for reference. Camper parked near this property without plumping... neighbors see resident using restroom in a bucket outside daily.
Car parked directly behind the privacy fence in back of this address. Home owner reports this car does not belong to her and its been there for several weeks on flat tires.

Someone was put out at this address, there is a whole house worth of furniture, clothing, garbage etc in front yard.
Fence falling apart. Falling down. Gate is broken.
There is a couple living in garage. No water, electricity, or toilet in garage. This is dangerous.
