Dumpster area at these apartments has many bags of trash as well as all kinds of loose trash all over the ground.
This resident is not disposing of trash properly, setting full bags of trash on ground outside of the garbage totes repeatedly, multiple days ahead of pickup dates, and it causing an issue with attracting rats/raccoons etc to this property and the surrounding. Neighbors believe someone else may be disposing of trash at this property other than the resident because the totes are regularly overflowing.
Trash set out on Wednesday (trash day is Tuesday). Trash is falling and blowing around because it has no lid. This is almost a weekly issue. They are also adding plastic bags on top of the trash can
Trash, broken glass, Christmas trees etc. spread over area. Looks as tough someone may have moved out. You can't miss this mess as you turn into the parking area.
