SR#39580 Unkempt grass area. Small area by street.
The ravine between Northgate Apartments and 3214 West Chartwell has been reported in the past several years. The ravine is washing out. The apartment owners were told not to mow. The ravine is an eyesore to the neighborhood. The city was supposed to remedy the situation about 4-5 years ago. It is still an issue.
