The desk has been here for over a month. It’s 50ft n of the Indiana and Maywood on the east side of Indiania
House and fence falling apart, trash and furniture in yard all over lot. trash everywhere washer and dryer on front porch, cardboard garbage in the side yard backyard filling up, this house is getting worse by the day, maybe possible hoarders, the Upline deserve better
Garage falling apart and alley full of trash
A old couch frame and mattress has been on the curb side/Driveway for weeks. It has rained on them numerous times and they have still not been removed. Flat tire / broken down car on driveway; not being actively repaired.
Trailer sitting in driveway for over two weeks. Not being used. Has not moved in two weeks. Trash in front. Unused refrigerator has been sitting on driveway or sidewalk for two weeks.
There is an inoperable broken down red truck with expired plates that has been sitting in driveway for months un moved in violation of ordinance. Unlicensed vehicles can only be stored inside garage. “Flower garden” with weeds and thistle taller than most people. North side of house is big weed patch as it is outside their front door.

1314 N Bourland Ave empty lot has furniture,and some items that were dumped.I believe it is city owned. SR# 073782
