SR#61162 Not sure whose jurisdiction this issue is but.... Property owner has sump pump being pumped over public sidewalk that runs along the south side (side of property) of home. Dangerous for pedestrians and children. Have slipped myself while walking, seen other children fall off their bikes. Please address this issue as soon as possible to avoid harm to others. Very dangerous and does not conform to standards. Huge safety issue!
