Holes in walls, utilities not currently on/working and landlord is responsible for them. Rats living in walls. Landlord totally unresponsive. Complaint was called in by social worker with Agency on Aging.
Back of the house is falling apart, home is abandoned, wants it demolished
House falling apart, trash all over property, window falling out. Has been abandoned for at least a year.
Steps to second deck in front of building is missing parts of the railing. This is causing a fall hazard. The bars are on the ground. Gutters are totally off of the building. Furniture sitting on porch.
Door is a fire hazard because it sticks and takes over 10 minutes to open.
