Back yard has a couch against the fence. There is also a lot of trash piled near back door. Trash is being spread whenever the wind picks up. Saving paper to burn and is open burning. Pile of trash is larger.
Back yard/alley boundary full of trash on a regular basis. People residing here refuse to clean up their mess.

Garbage all over front and back yard, back deck covered in trash as well. Also regularly parking on front lawn. Cars are regularly parking on front lawn as well.
