I live below apartment 305. They have a grill on their deck. Yesterday, they were grilling while it was very windy and glowing embers blew down to my and my neighbors deck. We had to put them out at least three times. I won’t always be here to do that. Plus, two or three apartments in the grove have caught fire from this same reason in the last year or two. I called and emailed the property manager but she refuses to do anything. Her name is Regina. Thank you for your concern in this matter. Again, apartment 1425 w candlelight #305 is a repeated fire hazard with their (not allowed) charcoal grill
Electrical/fire hazard. Mylar-looking balloon very close to electrical lines and transformer.
Fireworks debris all over our house, car and property from neighbors across alley 717 Maywood Ave! We are calling our attorney!!
2nd floor balcony on rear of building full of trash and wood which is a fire hazard
Fire alarm malfunctioning for awhile, realized today the panel is totally off and not functioning at all
Apartment building not up to code. Multiple areas where there is black mold, mice, no insulation, no ventilation, no fire escape, furnace not properly installed, and old fuse box. I fear for my safety on a daily basis.
